CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A NEW 15" SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
The scope for this project included the design of a new 15" PVC sewer main system and associated sewer manholes, by-pass pumping system, erosion and sediment controls, traffic control measures and associated engineering services.
The client and the end-user of this project is Stafford County Capital Engineering and Construction Department, VA.
The project deliverables included preparing bid ready package that consisted of construction plans & specifications.
Wave staff also provided various client support services to the County.

Final Site Development Plans, Final Stormwater Management Plans, WSSC Water and Sewer Design Plans
The scope for this project included preparing stormwater concept plan updates, final stormwater management plan, WSSC water and sewer infrastructure design plans, storm drain and paving plans, access road design and site grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans & final grading plan set for a 19 townhome residential development project in Clinton, Prince George's County, MD.
Wave staff also assisted the client with the permitting process and coordination with PG County, WSSC & MNCPPC.

Water and Sewer Infrastructure Design
The scope for this project included preparing water and sewer infrastructure design plans for a residential development. Design plans included utility horizontal layout, demolition of existing features and utility profiles. Wave was hired as a sub-consultant to prepare the plans per District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) and Department of Transportation (DDOT) requirements. Wave also assisted the client with the permitting process and obtained an approval from DC Water in an expedited manner.

Condition Assessment, Design and Construction Management Services
The scope for this project involved the condition assessment of all roof trusses followed by developing structural plans and supporting the contractor and the client during construction activities associated with the GSA warehouse in Springfield, VA.
Wave Staff provided visual inspection of all roof trusses, provided on-site training to the contractor's staff, developed construction documents followed by performing inspections and project controls during the construction period.
